Getting started is easy. Head to the contact page and fill out the form to get in touch with me. I can also be reached via email.
We’ll start with a quick phone call with yourself or your parents, to answer any questions you have. Then we will lock in a date for our first online lesson.

I specialise in Year 11 and 12 Advanced and Extension English.
I am also happy to teach senior Standard English students, EAL/D students, and Year 9 and 10 English students depending on availability — just reach out and ask.

You will receive a Google Meet link a few days before the class.
Once you log on, the first half-hour will be a deep dive into why you’re here. What are your strengths in English? What are your struggles? I want to learn all about you.
At the end of the first class, I will ask you to send me writing samples from a recent essay and creative writing task. I will also share my extensive archive of study resources with you.

All English tutoring classes are 1 hour with a fee of $80.

Online tutoring is very similar to in-person learning — with the bonus of happening from the comfort of your room.
You will receive a secure Google Meet link a few days before our first lesson. Once you log on, we will chat about the plan for today via video, just as if we were face-to-face.
We will use a Google Doc as a virtual whiteboard to take notes, provide feedback, and analyse quotes. You and your parents will have access to a second Google Doc with lesson plan summaries and details of any homework tasks.
